Candidate Requirement
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan/ Control/ Monitor team of Relationship Managers in the assigned region to achieve Sales targets which include penetration targets.
- Ensure budgeted numbers of manpower month over month in the region.
- Build long term relationships with Bank Staff and channel partners.
- Cascade the motivation programs to all relevant stakeholders & ensure complete success in implementation of the same.
- Ensure team is aware about new products and sales Processes.
CTC: 5.5 to 7 LPA.
