Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Executive at Kean Consultancy, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by effectively generating leads for our diverse portfolio of financial products. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers through cold calling and utilize your exceptional communication and convincing skills to educate them about the benefits and features of our credit card, personal loan, business loan, OD, SME loan, and mortgage offerings. By building strong relationships and showcasing your persuasive abilities, you will contribute to the successful conversion of leads and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating leads for credit cards, personal loans, business loans, OD, SME loans, and mortgage products.
- Engage with potential customers in a professional and courteous manner, effectively explaining the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of our financial products.
- Build rapport and establish a strong relationship with customers, gaining their trust and confidence in our offerings.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, strategies, and insights for improving lead generation techniques.
- Continuously update your knowledge of credit card, personal loan, business loan, OD, SME loan, and mortgage products to provide accurate and up-to-date information to potential customers.
- Adapt to changes in customer preferences and market trends, ensuring effective communication and relevance in lead generation efforts.
- Stay motivated, self-driven, and proactive in achieving and surpassing targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with potential customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, demonstrating resilience and determination to achieve goals.
- Solid understanding of credit cards, personal loans, business loans, OD, SME loans, and mortgage products (prior experience is advantageous).
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking to manage various leads and priorities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in lead generation or sales roles is advantageous, but freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
