Location : Goa, Pune, Nagpur (PAN Maharashtra can work – NO RELOCATION CASES)

Exp range : 6 to 11 years

Notice Period : Only February – MAX upto 15 march

Budget :
6 – 7.3 years : upto 20 LPA
7 – 8.10 years : upto 25 LPA
8.10 – 10.5 years : upto 27 LPA

•Anybody above 9 years exp expected that they must have handled a small team atleast
• Communication skills should be above good.
• Level of Interviews : L1+L2 & Offer

MUST HAVE Skills & Experience:-

•Experience in enterprise-scale, microservices based distributed architecture design
•Practical experience on using different design patterns
•Excellent Hands on experience on .NET Core technologies: C#, Asp.net, Web API, MVC
•Experience on Entity Framework, NHibernate, LINQ
•Experience in MS SQL or relevant database
•Experience on Nunit &/or xUnit &/or MS Test
•Exposure to Kubernetes and Dockers
•In depth exposure to at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, Google)
•Exposure to working in CI/CD environment/tools – e.g. Jenkins
•Proficiency in agile development methodologies
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Exposure to work in pre-sales environment contributing to proposals and estimating large size implementation.
•Proficiency in source code version control management systems like GIT, TFS.
•Experience with GIT commands and pull request workflows
Nice to have:
•Experience on in-memory databases and cache implementation using Redis or similar technologies
•Experience in code quality management using static code analysis tools like SonarQube/NDepend or VS code analysis
•Exposure to multithreaded applications
•Experience on Kafka &/or other enterprise grade queue management system
•Experience in database systems including RDBMS and NoSQL databases
•Proficient in performance analysis and tuning
•Exposure to monitoring tools like NewRelic, Prometheus, etc.
•Exposure to ELK or similar stack.
JD/Responsibility
•Independently manage a development POD for 8-10 engineers
•Hands on development and ownership for certain key components
•Help team members with their technical queries
•Create HLD, LLD as appropriate
•Ensure quality standard are met for the deliverables from the POD
•Work with customer and internal stake holders
•Status reporting for the POD
